SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text messages sent by Global Cleaning Company LLC, doing business as Global Cleaning Professionals ("GCP Florida," "we," "us," or "our"). By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you accept the terms on this page.

1. Program Description

GCP Florida operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers of our cleaning services. Messages include quote confirmations, free walkthrough scheduling and reminders, service confirmations and follow-ups, and occasional offers or discounts for people who have asked to hear from us.

2. How You Opt In

We only text people who have asked us to. You can give consent in any of these ways:

• Entering your mobile number and submitting our quote request or free walkthrough form
• Providing your number when scheduling a cleaning and agreeing to receive text updates
• Texting a keyword such as START to our business number

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Agreeing to receive email from us is not the same as agreeing to receive text messages, and we do not treat it as such.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Quote and service-related messages are sent as needed for your request or appointment. Promotional messages are sent no more than approximately four times per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. GCP Florida does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

5. How to Get Help

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send you no further texts unless you opt in again. You can still reach us by email or phone at any time.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network conditions.

8. Privacy and Your Mobile Data

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that provide services on our behalf, such as our messaging platform provider, strictly so that the messages you asked for can be delivered.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any other purpose. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
