1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website gcpflorida.com and/or engaging the cleaning services of Global Cleaning Company LLC, doing business as Global Cleaning Professionals ("GCP Florida," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

GCP Florida provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to vacation rental turnover cleaning, residential home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning throughout Central Florida.

3. Service Agreements & Scheduling

• All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
• Pricing is based on property size, type, condition, and service frequency as outlined in your quote or service agreement.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice for ongoing service contracts.
• Contract terms (6-month or 12-month) include promotional offers as stated at the time of signing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Vacation Rental Turnovers: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled cleaning time. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• Residential Recurring Services: Cancellations require 24 hours advance notice. Early termination of a contract may forfeit promotional discounts received.
• Same-Day Requests: Subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.

5. Payment Terms

• Vacation rental turnover services are invoiced per cleaning or on a monthly billing cycle.
• Residential recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly late fee after 15 days past due.
• We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and checks.

6. Guest Essentials Starter Pack

Every vacation rental turnover cleaning includes our complimentary Guest Essentials Starter Pack. The contents and quantities of the starter pack are determined by GCP Florida and may be adjusted at our discretion. The starter pack is included in the turnover cleaning price at no additional charge.

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover issues unrelated to our cleaning service or pre-existing property conditions.

8. Property Access & Conditions

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions that cannot be resolved through standard cleaning methods.
• Any hazardous materials, biohazards, or unsafe conditions must be disclosed prior to service. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions present a safety risk to our team.
• Clients should secure valuables, fragile items, and pets prior to the cleaning appointment.

9. Liability & Insurance

GCP Florida is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team during a cleaning, please report it within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and, where our liability is confirmed, arrange for repair or replacement up to the fair market value of the item. Our total liability for any single incident shall not exceed the cost of the cleaning service provided.

10. Intellectual Property

The name "Global Cleaning Professionals," the "GCP Florida" brand, logo, website content, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Global Cleaning Company LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from gcpflorida.com is prohibited without prior written consent.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Cleaning Company LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
